Fresh squeezed orange juice every morning and an orange with every meal. Carmelo taught me last night the proper way to peel an orange ..  I think he got frustrated watching me and decided to help a girl out. :)
I keep thinking of Lily every time I eat my orange as she calls oranges her "happy" food because of the way the fragrance hits you when you peel it and open it up. The fragrance is suppose to release endorphines that make one happy...correct Lillian?
